NIKE AIR MAX 97-Ai CONCEPT FORM STUDY

BRIEF: The Air Max 97 – Reimagined for the Future project is a conceptual form study exploring the fluid, wave-like aesthetic that defined the original design. Inspired by the original designer’s idea that “water would drop and radiate out to the Air unit,” this study focuses on capturing that movement and energy through futuristic forms. Using AI-assisted tools like Vizcom and Gravity Sketch, the project reinterprets the shoe’s iconic flow and rhythm, pushing its design language forward. This exploration is about form—leveraging AI to visualize new possibilities for the evolution of an icon.
